One pots

All of our One Pot dishes are made entirely from scratch. We have developed our recipes using authentic ingredients and cooking techniques. Our chef has worked in various high quality restaurants and is also a qualified chef lecturer having taught at UCB in Birmingham and Genting Catering College in Malaysia.

 
We prepare all our meat and make all the marinades and pastes ourselves.

Burgers

All our burgers and cooked fresh to order. Our classic burger is 120 grams of fresh prime beef which we mince, shape and season ourselves.

 

We prepare all our chicken taking care to trim, wash and marinate it for our chicken burgers

bURRITOS

our burritos are prepared on a toasted 10 inch tortilla filled with your choice of One Pot, fresh rice and peas crispy iceberg lettuce, deseeded tomatoes and a touch of our own special burger sauce.

Desserts

we make all our desserts in house!


We pride ourselves on producing “Clean, fresh desserts with no artificial ingredients, additives or preservatives. We only use butter, unrefined brown sugar and fresh eggs. 
We believe we are the only takeaway in Birmingham making all their own desserts.

Catering 

We cater for corporate & private events of all sizes. We will work with you to create your own bespoke menu.

Handmade Buns

We wanted to have the perfect bun to serve our burger on! A bun in keeping with our ethos of tasty healthy food. Of course the only way to do this is to make them ourselves!  We make all our burger buns fresh using 50/50 wholemeal and white flour. Brushed with our special glaze and topped with sesame seeds. 
We believe we are the only takeaway in Birmingham making their own bread!!

Ethos

Using our Chefs experience of global cuisine gained through classical training at various Head Chef roles and being a Professional Chef Lecturer at UCB Birmingham and Genting College Malaysia.
